Curriculum

The innovative science curriculm units provided by the Young Scientist Program are designed to be used by any school group or individual with an interest in science. Volunteers from YSP bring the necessary equipment and will lead your class in these activities.The curriculum units can be tailored to a particular teacher's needs - for example, by adjusting to the size and ability level of a class - but in all cases the units include hands-on laboratory demonstrations and group problem-solving workshops related to the scientific topic at hand.

The Young Scientist Program currently has instructional units in anatomy, chemistry, neuroscience, microbiology, and genetics.
